Mother's Darling Boy is a completely fictitious story that was inspired by the infamous Ed Gein.

We wanted you to feel immersed in the story we built, a story of the Darling family and a tale of woe. Where one errant donkey kick killed Sam Darling and left his wife Beatrice and her son Auggie to fend for themselves.

Mother blamed Auggie for Sam's death and grew bitter and cold. Eventually, the Darling Family Fun Farm, where once children played and celebrated birthday parties, shuttered and fell into ruin.

Local legends say that both Mother and Auggie still live in the collapsing home that sits on a spacious and overgrown plot of land. A plot of land where people have gone missing.

But still, brave and courageous people want to see for themselves. They dare each other to go inside and see if indeed, Auggie survives even decades later.

The real fear begins, though, once the door locks behind them.
